Space

This unit has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a bunk room. The master bedroom has a gulf view and a balcony shared with the living room. It also has its own private bathroom that has a large tub for you to relax after a long day in the sun. The guest bedroom (bunk room) has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen for you to make your favorite meal or just to make your favorite cocktail. There is a dishwasher to make clean up easy and a microwave for those midnight snacks. If you don't like to go home with dirty laundry, no need to worry as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. As you spend time with your family and friends you realize that you don't always have to go out to have fun. This unit has the space you need to enjoy a night in to play games or watch a movie. Relax and enjoy TV on the comfy sofa or pull out the bed (featuring an 8.5" Cozy mattress) and enjoy a good nights sleep. Emerald Vinyasa has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, but the resort has many more features. Whether you like to go to the pool, gym, bar, or eat at a nice restaurant you never have to leave The Palms Resort as it has it all. During peak season, there is a shuttle from the Palms resort right to beach access. The newly renovated outdoor bar has a backyard feel with fire pits, lounge chairs, and the grass between your toes. If you fancy a nice dinner, simply walk inside to The Palms Bistro and enjoy a nice, juicy steak, grilled salmon, or just pick on some of the delicious appetizers. After dinner, stay and hang out at the bar for a few cocktails before heading out to the local venues that Destin has to offer. Enjoy your evening however you wish, but get a good nights sleep and head to the beach in the morning. The Palms has a shuttle that will take you to the beach or you can walk and be there in minutes. If sand between your toes isn't your thing, then head down to the big lagoon style pool that’s right downstairs. Enjoy the sounds of the waterfall or float around the island. If the water is a little too chilly, hop in to the heated pool or hot tub. As you float around the pool let the kids play on the lily pad or in the kiddie pool. Overall, just let your worries float away with the clouds as you enjoy your stay in Emerald Vinyasa.

Access

Guests will check-in at the front desk. After hours the security guard will assist you with your check-in. Key Cards, Resort codes/ parking pass/ and wrist bands will be provided in your packet.

Neighborhood

The resort is a family oriented place. The resort has security for your safety and assistance with matters regarding the resort. The resort has many full time residence and we ask that you respect their home. Everyone at the resort is here to have a good time and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day stressors.

Transit

Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart, bicycles, and walking are all options. Use an app for Uber or Lyft. Golf Carts and bicycles may be rented, a search engine is your friend when searching for what fits your needs best. There are a few attractions and stores within walking distance, but it is highly recommended to find vehicle transportation outside of a half mile radius of the resort.

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

As an owner myself of six airbnbs, this rental exceeds any expectation. We live locally, and when our plumbing had a major leak we had to find a place last minute and Aaron was so quick to help get us set up with a code so I could get in the condo and set up for work as I work from home. The condo is so comfortable and when we needed to extend our stay bc the flooring was not finished, he made the process so smooth. We are very thankful for the beautiful home away from home. I have never stayed in an Airbnb and made a list of things to introduce to our own airbnbs! It is so organized, clean, and has everything you need. Stay here- you will not want to leave!

The location was perfect for our last minute get away! super easy to access, clean, and organized. The kitchen had, literally everything you need, several amenities. Communication was outstanding! We had a minor issue, both times host responded withing minutes and address the problem immediately. We also received a follow up message to make sure everything was fine. I will definitely stay in this condo again.

This was my family's first condo experience & it did not disappoint! Everything was as listed & pictured. Amenities included were tennis, basketball, swimming, hot tub, & pickleball. The resort is close to everything! There is a Walmart within 1 mile or so. Beach access right across the street. You can see the Gulf right off the balcony! Destin is a beautiful location with lots to do! We loved our trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo is beautifully decorated, and truly a home away from home 🏡 ❤️

Absolutely loved staying in this condo all week! We are looking forward to another trip in the future. Everything was labeled, so many things were provided (kids plates, pack and play, cooler, beach towels, wagon, etc.). We didn’t have to pack as much and for a mom of 3, this is exactly what we need for a relaxing vacation! Aaron was awesome to work with. Very proactive and responsive!

We rented this unit for fall break, on a whim, after our family’s condo in Ft. Myers Beach sustained damage after Ian. The unit itself was beyond perfect. These hosts thought of every detail and went above and beyond. They supplied chairs, a cool cabana, towels, and cart for the beach. Everything for the condo was organized and labeled and it was clear what expectations were upon arrival and checkout. The unit was perfection. Parking for the complex was a bit tricky. We had two elderly people with us and there was rarely parking in the garage close to the entrance, with very limited handicapped parking. So just be prepared if this is similar to your needs. Lots of open parking for staff, with little to no handicapped parking ever available. Otherwise, pool was clean and the few staff we came in contact with were nice.
