Uber, Lyft, walking or driving are all viable options. The resort also has a shuttle that will take you to and from the beach and other locations in Destin.

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. NO 3rd Party Bookings. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed to receive an access code for the unit. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. All adult guests must be listed. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Checkout Instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit. - Have a fun, worry free, and relaxing vacation, but please be respectful of the home, property, and neighbors THINGS TO NOTE: - Early Check-In? Please plan for a 4pm arrival, however, IF the home is ready sooner, we will let you know. - Late Checkouts are NOT authorized. This is to provide adequate time for the cleaners their schedule. A late checkout fee of $100 may be incurred for late departures. Please plan accordingly.

Originally I booked another property and later realized the unit I booked didn’t have a pool and the beach was a bit farther than expected. When I messaged the host to inquire about the pool he said there wasn’t one available. The following day while driving to Florida the host contacted me to inform us that there was another unit available at a different location that had a pool and was closer to the beach. When we arrived our until was ready, check in was easy, the lady at the front desk was AMAZING. Upon entering the unit it smelled clean. It was spotless and had everything you would need. Overall we had a great time. I will book with Aaron again. Thank you so much for catering to our needs. 5 star rating.

Great stay, great location family oriented and easy access. Condo was clean but extra blankets for pull out and kitchenware was not very clean. We had brought extra bedding so not an issue for us but a lot of cutlery plates and cups were clearly not washed by previous group and put away.

It was ok, the place is very dated and not super clean. The sheets and towels were very dingy and there was mold in one of the bathrooms. The host were responsive when we had issues, like the tub stopper being broken not having the towels promised, etc. Overall I wouldn’t book again.

I always stay at the palms of Destin anytime we come to Florida, but this was the nicest room we stayed in and the host Aaron was very responsive and helpful. The room was nice and squeaky clean. We will definitely return!
