Island Homes is perfect for a couples retreat or to take the kids on a fun vacation. The unit has everything you need, as if it were your own home. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook big meals. You can also take a short trip to one of the fine local dining establishments. This cozy condo has a balcony for you to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a nice cold beverage in the evening. Take a short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful water or to watch the dolphins as they swim by. If you brought the kids along and are looking for something exciting to do, check out the water park that is just a short 2 miles away. Neighborhood

Nice quiet area within a short walk to the sugary white sands of Destin. You can enjoy the beach at Norriego Point, East Pass by the jetty, or the Gulf shore. All easily accessible.

Transit

There is a water taxi available from Norriego Point that will take you anywhere on the harbor, or order an Uber for a short ride to wherever you need to go in Destin.

House Rules

- A rental agreement will be sent and MUST be signed within 5 days of booking or prior to arrival if check-in is within 5 days. -MUST BE at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the stay. NO 3rd party bookings. - 4 guests MAX regardless of age. - There is only 1 designated parking spot available (Marked 205) . NO trailers or RV's permitted (regardless of size or type). Any unmarked space may be used for a second car as well. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Checkout Instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit. - Have a fun, worry free, and relaxing vacation, but please be respectful of the home, property, and neighbors. Things to Note: - Early Check-In? Please plan for a 4pm arrival, however, IF the home is ready sooner, we will let you know. - Late Checkouts are NOT authorized. This is to provide adequate time for the cleaners their schedule. A late checkout fee of $100 may be incurred for late departures. Please plan accordingly.

Old building. Smelled very bad of smoke. All clothes smell of smoke after returning. Lots of young people living in building. Beach bugs in house when we first arrived. It’s ok but only with a discounted price
