Access

Guests will check-in at the front with the reservation number provided before 5pm. After 5pm, the security guard at the gate will assist you with your check-in. Resort codes/ parking pass/ and wrist bands will be provided in your packet. The code to the condo will be provided by management via your pre-arrival message.

Interaction With Guests

My interaction is primarily via text, email, and phone. In the event of an emergency I will be there promptly to take care of any critical issues.

Neighborhood

The resort is a family oriented place. The resort has security for your safety and assistance with matters regarding the resort. The resort has many full time residence and we ask that you respect their home. Everyone at the resort is here to have a good time and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day stressors.

Transit

Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart, bicycles, and walking are all options. Use an app for Uber or Lyft. Golf Carts and bicycles may be rented, a search engine is your friend when searching for what fits your needs best. There are a few attractions and stores within walking distance, but it is highly recommended to find vehicle transportation outside of a half mile radius of the resort.

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

Loved the stay. Great views of the pool and the Gulf. The room was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with great appliances and the tools to make meals. The pool and beach supplies were very handy. Also had beach toys for children, but we were all adults. I would recommend this listing to all my friends.

Our host was very accommodating, and the location was perfect. The pools were amazing and the bar had great food downstairs. The unit was beautiful. We will be returning again. We’re very thankful for the week. We spent in Dustin at this location. Would highly recommend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place was as described and the resort offers great amenities. The only down side was the lack of Wi-Fi for half of our first day. My sister works from home, so that was a big deal for us. The realtor was responsive in communicating with us throughout the process. I also don’t believe all the surfaces were thoroughly wiped down before our arrival, but we wipe everything down before we settle in so it wasn’t a huge deal for us personally.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Palms. We were impressed with the unit upon arrival and we all had plenty of space to spread out. It was great to have a kitchen and amenities, and it made it so much easier to have beach towels and equipment provided. The shuttle driver was also helpful, kind, and prompt. We ate at the restaurant several times and left satisfied each time. I loved having a pool view and watching kids play bags and chess on the pool deck. I really enjoyed all the patrons. Everyone at the resort went out of their way to hold doors and help each other out as we were passing through hallways and grabbing elevators.
