The Resort is a safe place to visit, as well as, the city of Destin. You are located in a central location to everything and you can get anywhere with ease.

Transit

Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart, bicycles, and walking are all options. Use an app for Uber or Lyft. Golf Carts and bicycles may be rented, a search engine is your friend when searching for what fits your needs best. There are a few attractions and stores within walking distance, but it is highly recommended to find vehicle transportation outside of a half mile radius of the resort.

The host communication was excellent. Check-in was easy. The location is in the heart of Destin, which was convenient. However, public beach access is limited during the day. After 5pm, it's perfect. The condo itself is in need of updates. The pool is really nice!

The stay and the place were fantastic! I gave 4 stars for 1 detail, but it may make a difference for other people with the same health issue as my husband. The king-size mattress was very, I mean, VERY soft. I’m not talking about the quality of the mattress, the quality looked great. It’s more the type of mattress. My husband, who has a couple of herniated disks, had to sleep in the other room, which was a bit better. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Everything was perfect, the rules were well explained, there was very useful beach stuff, the room's location was great, the pool was amazing, and so was the restaurant, the vibe, and everything! We absolutely loved it! If they have a firmer mattress for the king-size bed, we’re definitely coming back!

Condo was clean. We had an excellent view of the pool. Lagoon style pool was really nice. Pool area is locked until 9 am. Which is nice. Don’t have to set an alarm just to get a chair. Surprisingly the pool area was never over crowded always a chair to be found. The only thing for me was I wish it was a little closer to restaurants and activities. I had to drive everywhere. Over all our stay was amazing. I would recommend this condo to friends.

Literally the perfect place to stay if you have kids! Pools are great. The condo is beautiful with very nice furniture and the shower water pressure is amazing 😂. Any questions I had were answered immediately. The surrounding area is great as well.. Walmart is only 4 minutes away. Perfect views of all the pools if you want to relax on the balcony. 10/10 trip!! Highly recommend

This property is a wonderful value. The kids love the pool and we enjoyed the bar, cafe, restaurant, and entertainment. The condo was updated and clean. The property manager was very responsive and helped solve a concern very quickly. The resort itself could use some updates but for the price it’s definitely a great place to vacation.

Had a great experience. Room was exactly how it was described and pictured. Had everything you would need for a mini vacation including beach amenities. Plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. The host Aaron was great with communication. Nothing negative to say regarding the room at all. One recommendation would be to have a broom and dust pan handy in the room. There was a vacuum, but definitely could use a quick sweep throughout the day after two kids running around. Only down fall with the hotel, there was NO valet parking as advertised. Front desk said hard to find workers. We typically take advantage of these services because it’s easier with kids to unload at the door rather than a parking garage across from the way. Otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend not only this hotel but particularly room 2213.
