This 4th Floor Jr Suite features a beautiful modern look and is perfect for any family. The master bedroom features a king size bed and attached full bathroom. In the bunk room, you'll have a full over full bunk bed that is perfect for the kids or adults. A bathroom is also attached to the bunk room as well. The unit has a washer and dryer in the unit and a limited amount of laundry pods are available for your use. In the kitchen you will have all the cookware you will need to cook your favorite dish. There is a Keurig with a limited supply of K-cups for your use and a traditional Coffeemaker. A crockpot, blender, toaster, and plenty of dish-ware are provided. Enjoy your favorite show in either the bedroom or living room. If you like to stream from your favorite app, you can easily do so with the 400+MBPS internet speed. Enjoy reading a book and relaxing in one of the stylish chairs or sit out on the balcony and take in the fresh air. You won't be disappointed with this family friendly unit at a beautiful resort.

Guest must check-in at the front desk upon arrival for their welcome package. Guest will receive an access code prior to arrival.

Destin and The Palms are a nice safe area and has easy access to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

This location was perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The condo was clean and roomy. The host was very responsive and immediately came to our rescue after my 6 year old mistakenly made the soap dispenser fall off the wall! He was not upset and showed compassion. The furniture is slightly dated but not a deal breaker. The resort was awesome as well. There were so many amenities available and it’s close to all of Destin’s favorite restaurants and attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place: quick drive to all major Destin destination points, walkable to shops and public beach. Great for little kids -ours loved the splash pad and heated pool. Only complaints, which East Pass can’t help, is that the parking lot is a long walk away and there are no handicap buttons so if you’re schleping beach gear/ strollers/luggage back and forth it can be a workout.

We had a great time. The place was clean and as depicted in the pictures. It was perfect for us. Great view of the pool. The pool was cold but they did have the heated pool open. The beach had easy access; you could walk or drive and park for easy access. The owner provided chairs and wagon so it made it so easy to take those to the beach. Great host. Highly recommend if you want a great getaway to the beach and nice pool.

We enjoyed our Destin stay! The unit was exactly as expected. It was clean and nicely furnished with a great view of the pool. The beach supplies were a huge help. The host was great…very responsive and helpful. The Palms of Destin was decent overall, but the property is a bit dated and could use some attention. The pool area is nice, but was lacking seating. It was difficult to find chairs each day. Overall I’d give the unit a 5/5 and the resort a 4/5.
