7th floor, 2-bedroom condo is the perfect place for you and your family. This unit has a master suite with a king sized bed that shares the balcony with the living room. It also has its own private bathroom that has a large tub for you to relax after a  long day in the sun. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed which is great for kids. The guest room bathroom is attached to the room as well and features a walk in shower. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen for you to make your favorite meal or just to make your favorite cocktail. There is a dishwasher to make clean up easy and a microwave for those midnight snacks. If you don't like to go home with dirty laundry, no need to worry as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. As you spend time with your family and friends you realize that you don't always have to go out to have fun. This unit has the space you need to enjoy a night in to play games or watch a movie. Relax and enjoy TV on the comfy sofa or pull out the bed and enjoy a good nights sleep. Aqua Vista has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, but the resort has many more features. Whether you like to go to the pool, gym, bar, or eat at a nice restaurant you never have to leave The Palms Resort as it has it all. During peak season, there is a shuttle from the Palms resort right to beach access. The newly renovated outdoor bar has a backyard feel with fire pits, lounge chairs, and the grass between your toes. The restaurant has new ownership and the menu has been revamped. The food has had great reviews and is definitely something to try. After dinner, stay and hang out at the bar for a few cocktails before heading out to the local venues that Destin has to offer. Enjoy your evening however you wish, but get a good nights sleep and head to the beach in the morning. The Palms has a shuttle that will take you to the beach or you can walk and be there in minutes. If sand between your toes isn't your thing, then head down to the big lagoon style pool that’s right downstairs. Enjoy the sounds of the waterfall or float around the island. If the water is a little too chilly, hop in to the heated pool or hot tub. As you float around the pool let the kids play on the lily pad or in the kiddie pool. Overall, just let your worries float away with the clouds as you enjoy your stay in 7th Heaven.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled before or after the final payment due date will result in a full refund as stated below. Further refunds may be available if the condo/home is re-rented. Refunds are based on the rates and number of nights, that condo/home is re-rented for. Changes to reservations must be requested prior to the final payment due date. Changes to reservations after the final payment due date are not permitted.
 

Refund Policy:

Initial 10% deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 120 days of check-in.

90% Refund, IF canceled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date.

75% Refund, IF canceled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date.

50% Refund, IF canceled more than 15 days prior to the check-in date.

NO REFUND if canceled within 15 Days prior to the check-in date.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

Refunds are subject to processing fees.

Damage and Incidentals

A Damage Deposit is required for all Rental Homes and ranges from $1,500 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) to $3,000 (3 Bedrooms and larger). Damage Deposits must be in the form of a cashier's check and be received no later than 14 days after the reservation is made or 14 days before arrival, whichever comes first. In lieu of providing a Damage Deposit, all reservations are charged for Optional Guesty Damage Protection at the time of booking. If you elect to send in the Damage Deposit, you can receive a credit for the Optional Guesty Damage Protection. All Damage Deposits are deposited in an interest-bearing escrow account and all interest will accrue to East Pass Rental Group, LLC. Unused Cash Damage Deposits will be reimbursed by company check within 30 days after the check-out date.

The Optional Guesty Damage Protection is designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1500.00 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) or $3000.00 (3 Bedrooms and larger). Any damages that exceed $1500.00 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) or $3000.00 (3 Bedrooms and larger) or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or actual cash value of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1500.00 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) or $3000.00 (3 Bedrooms and larger). Certain terms and conditions apply.

Damage deposits will be refunded and no charges will be posted to credit cards if the following conditions are met:

  • No damage is done to the rental condo/home or its contents, including the linens.
  • Rental condo/home is left reasonably clean and all trash and debris is removed.
  • Dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher is started.
  • No items or furniture in the rental condo/home are missing or rearranged.
  • There was no smoking in the rental condo/home.
  • All keys, wristbands, or other items provided for guest use are returned to the proper locations.
  • All charges incurred during the rental period are paid in full.
  • All policies and rules, including community rules and regulations, were followed. 

Booking Policy

1. Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. CST. During busy seasons, your rental condo/home may not be ready for occupancy until 6:00 p.m. CST. We appreciate your patience. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. CST. Late departures may be subject to additional charges.

2. Age Requirement

Absolutely no reservations or access to rental condos/homes will be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at a ratio of no more than two people for each parent or guardian over the age of 25. A parent or guardian must be staying in the rental condo/home at all times. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. Our rental condos/homes are monitored for violations of this policy. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of all deposits and payments. No exceptions.

3. Advanced Rental Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for advance rental payments.

4. Remaining Rental Payments

The first installment will be made 60 days prior to your check-in date. This installment will be 40% of the reservation amount. The final rental payment will be made 30 days prior to check-in. This is the balance of rent, taxes, and other charges related to the reservation. The final payment due date may vary based on the rental condo/home selected and is provided at the time of booking. The final rental payment is automatically charged on the due date to the same credit card used to make the advanced rental payment. Failure to remit the final rental payment by the scheduled due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation. IF your check-in date is within 60 days you will be charged the 10% and 40% at booking. IF you are within 30 days of check-in, the entire payment will be charged.

Notes

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in.

- No pets of any kind. Unauthorized pets could result in eviction and/or extra fees.

- A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit.

- No 3rd Party Booking.

- 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions.

- All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation.

- A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. 

- Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit.

- Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit.

- Be respectful of all neighbors / property.

- Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.
