Enjoy the turquoise water and the sugar white sands of the emerald coast in Destin, FL, nicknamed “the world’s luckiest fishing village”. Pebbles Cove at The Palms of Destin is your home away from home that has everything you’ll need for a relaxing retreat. Sun rise, suntan, sunset, repeat… Pebbles Cove condo is located on the 2nd floor of a resort with unsurpassed amenities: lagoon pool with hot tub, new onsite coffee house, sports bar/restaurant with patio bar/restaurant, gym, playground, tennis/basketball/pickle ball courts and parking garage. While not directly on the beach, Pebbles Cove is just a stone’s throw away across the street from the blissful beach. The resort provides a free shuttle service to/from the beach and HarborWalk Village (mid-March through mid-September). The resort’s location is ideal- central to stores/restaurants/attractions. The condo is 975 sq feet with an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with maximum capacity for 6 people (Note: children/infants count towards headcount and the max capacity of 6). Master bedroom has a king bed while the second bedroom has full sized bed. Beds/pillows/linens are comfortable to ensure a restful night’s sleep. There is also a pull-out sleep sofa- mattress upgraded January 2023, in addition to the pull out sofa there is also a pull out twin sleeper chair in the living area. Pebbles Cove has laminate and tile flooring in all rooms with just a few area rugs. The unit is updated and clean with new furnishings. The recently updated kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and dishes. Enjoy a beverage out on the balcony- shaded in the morning, sunny in the afternoon. Living room and master bedroom TV’s are smart TV’s and ready for your streaming services. The unit has board games and cards for a good old fashioned family night of fun.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled before or after the final payment due date will result in a full refund as stated below. Further refunds may be available if the condo/home is re-rented. Refunds are based on the rates and number of nights, that condo/home is re-rented for. Changes to reservations must be requested prior to the final payment due date. Changes to reservations after the final payment due date are not permitted.
 

All payments are refundable prior to the as follows:

90% Refund, IF canceled more than 60 days prior to the check-in date.

75% Refund, IF canceled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date.

50% Refund, IF canceled more than 15 days prior to the check-in date.

NO REFUND if canceled within 15 Days prior to the check-in date.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or cleaning and maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.

Damage and Incidentals

A Damage Deposit is required for all Rental Homes and ranges from $1,500 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) to $3,000 (3 Bedrooms and larger). Damage Deposits must be in the form of a cashier's check and be received no later than 14 days after the reservation is made or 14 days before arrival, whichever comes first. In lieu of providing a Damage Deposit, all reservations are charged for Optional Guesty Damage Protection at the time of booking. If you elect to send in the Damage Deposit, you can receive a credit for the Optional Guesty Damage Protection. All Damage Deposits are deposited in an interest-bearing escrow account and all interest will accrue to East Pass Rental Group, LLC. Unused Cash Damage Deposits will be reimbursed by company check within 30 days after the check-out date.

The Optional Guesty Damage Protection is designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1500.00 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) or $3000.00 (3 Bedrooms and larger). Any damages that exceed $1500.00 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) or $3000.00 (3 Bedrooms and larger) or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or actual cash value of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1500.00 (2 Bedrooms and smaller) or $3000.00 (3 Bedrooms and larger). Certain terms and conditions apply.

Damage deposits will be refunded and no charges will be posted to credit cards if the following conditions are met:

  • No damage is done to the rental condo/home or its contents, including the linens.
  • Rental condo/home is left reasonably clean and all trash and debris is removed.
  • Dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher, and the dishwasher is started.
  • No items or furniture in the rental condo/home are missing or rearranged.
  • There was no smoking in the rental condo/home.
  • All keys, wristbands, or other items provided for guest use are returned to the proper locations.
  • All charges incurred during the rental period are paid in full.
  • All policies and rules, including community rules and regulations, were followed. 

Booking Policy

1. Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. CST. During busy seasons, your rental condo/home may not be ready for occupancy until 6:00 p.m. CST. We appreciate your patience. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. CST. Late departures may be subject to additional charges.

2. Age Requirement

Absolutely no reservations or access to rental condos/homes will be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian at a ratio of no more than two people for each parent or guardian over the age of 25. A parent or guardian must be staying in the rental condo/home at all times. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. Our rental condos/homes are monitored for violations of this policy. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of all deposits and payments. No exceptions.

3. Advanced Rental Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for advance rental payments.

4. Remaining Rental Payments

The first installment will be made 60 days prior to your check-in date. This installment will be 40% of the reservation amount. The final rental payment will be made 30 days prior to check-in. This is the balance of rent, taxes, and other charges related to the reservation. The final payment due date may vary based on the rental condo/home selected and is provided at the time of booking. The final rental payment is automatically charged on the due date to the same credit card used to make the advanced rental payment. Failure to remit the final rental payment by the scheduled due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation. IF your check-in date is within 60 days you will be charged the 10% and 40% at booking. IF you are within 30 days of check-in, the entire payment will be charged.

Notes

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in.

- A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit.

- No 3rd Party Booking.

- 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions.

- All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation.

- A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. 

- Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit.

- Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit.

- Be respectful of all neighbors / property.

- Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.
