Space

This townhouse has plenty of room for everyone down stairs with seating for the whole family and a kitchen with tons of counter space to prepare meals or put out a nice size spread for dinner. While getting things ready, the rest of the family can hang out in the living area and watch the game on the big TV. Or if you need to spread out a little, just head out to the deck and relax while enjoying the summer breeze. The back wall of the deck features multi color lighting to fit any mood after the sun goes down. The upstairs master bedroom boasts a serene atmosphere with space to spread out. It features a king size bed and a seating area for those times when you need to get away and recharge - just grab a book or enjoy your favorite show on TV! The master bathroom has plenty of room for two people to get ready for your nights out, with its two vanities and oversized shower. The cedar closet in the master also has more than enough room to hang up your clothes and store your luggage. The second bedroom features a king size bed as well, along with its own full bathroom. Just open up the door to access the second story balcony for another great place to relax and enjoy the views. It also features a nice sized closet to keep your things organized. The home also features a pull out sofa bed that is just as comfortable as the beds upstairs. There’s no doubt you’ll love this little oasis!

Access

The keyless entry lock makes it easy for you to come and go. The lock has an app to lock/unlock the phone via bluetooth. You will be provided with an eKey and a personalized code so you don't have to worry about having your phone. In addition, you will have access to everything in the house to include laundry and beach equipment.

Interaction With Guests

The only interaction will be in the event of an emergency or complaint. I will check in periodically via text/ email to ensure you have everything you need.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! Please be respectful as there are many full time residents, but don’t hesitate to say hi! It is a privately owned street so traffic is minimal and it has easy access to the beach so that you can enjoy the sugary white sands and blue water. The sunsets are breathtaking, and some evenings you can enjoy an aerial show from local P-51 Mustangs and other small planes. On Thursdays you can go to the dune at the end of the street or walk just a little bit further out to the beach to watch the fireworks at 9 pm sharp.

Transit

Uber’s are plentiful in Destin or you can walk to Norriego Pointe and catch the water taxi over to the boardwalk and local restaurants.

Notes

Departure Instructions As you depart, there are a few departure procedures with which we ask your assistance and appreciate very much for helping with. During peak seasons, departure time is 10 am sharp unless other arrangements have been made with the rental manager. These small things will help ensure that there is a smooth transition between guests and will hopefully be reciprocated for you in the future if you choose to stay again. Please… **Laundry pods and dishwasher pods provided for departure procedures** -Wash all used beach towels and dry. Please ensure sand has been shaken off any items before placing in washer. -Do not wash the slip cover mattress protector, unless absolutely necessary. (Gentle wash cycle warm water/low heat tumble) -Load the dishwasher and run it. Cleaning crew will unload it. -Remove all items from the refrigerator/freezer -Take all trash out to the trash can marked 11 located out front. -If needed, run self-cleaning oven mode the night before your departure -Clean used pots/ pans/ skillet/ Panini press (Do not put in dishwasher). -Sweep up any excessive sand. -Your code will expire at 10 am the day you check out. Cleaning crew will arrive shortly behind you. -Check all drawers (under the bed) and closet for personal items. House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

If you are looking for a place near the beach this is the home you want. If you are looking for a nice and clean place to vacation at this is the place. You will not be disappointed. Beautiful, clean and quiet. Check in was a breeze. Contacted the owner about something simple received a response within minutes. I would recommend this property to everyone.

Excellent! Super quiet and relaxing stay. We came with our 2 teenage daughters. This place provided just the right amount of privacy and family space. The MB shower was amazing!! Beds were so comfy! I personally loved the griddle to cook on... I could make batches of French toast and grilled cheese in minutes! The beach is a little hike through the dunes. The rocks nearby had better snorkeling than the tour that we took! Recommend walking down past the rocks to the gulf side at night after watching the sunset on the bay side. The night waves and cool birds “fishing” was a fun end to our trip! Host was great in communicating when we had any questions! Thanks!

This place is great! Super clean, had things we needed such as extra towels, cooking ware, even spices! The host was great with communication and ensured we had everything we needed. The beach is a bit of walk (8 minutes) but it wasn’t too busy and could access both the harbor and the gulf. Overall great find.

Five Stars! The house exceeded our every expectation, location was perfect! Great for entertaining your family in their large downstairs living/dinner room. Kitchen is FULLY stocked! Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The outside shower was perfect for getting the kids cleaned up. Host is great with communication, we look forward to staying here again next Summer.
