Space

This unit has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a bunk room. The master bedroom has a gulf view and a balcony shared with the living room. It also has its own private bathroom that has a large tub for you to relax after a long day in the sun. The guest bedroom (bunk room) has its own private bathroom with walk-in shower. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen for you to make your favorite meal or just to make your favorite cocktail. There is a dishwasher to make clean up easy and a microwave for those midnight snacks. If you don't like to go home with dirty laundry, no need to worry as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. As you spend time with your family and friends you realize that you don't always have to go out to have fun. This unit has the space you need to enjoy a night in to play games or watch a movie. Relax and enjoy TV on the comfy sofa or pull out the bed (featuring an 8.5" Cozy mattress) and enjoy a good nights sleep. Emerald Vinyasa has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, but the resort has many more features. Whether you like to go to the pool, gym, bar, or eat at a nice restaurant you never have to leave The Palms Resort as it has it all. During peak season, there is a shuttle from the Palms resort right to beach access. The newly renovated outdoor bar has a backyard feel with fire pits, lounge chairs, and the grass between your toes. If you fancy a nice dinner, simply walk inside to The Palms Bistro and enjoy a nice, juicy steak, grilled salmon, or just pick on some of the delicious appetizers. After dinner, stay and hang out at the bar for a few cocktails before heading out to the local venues that Destin has to offer. Enjoy your evening however you wish, but get a good nights sleep and head to the beach in the morning. The Palms has a shuttle that will take you to the beach or you can walk and be there in minutes. If sand between your toes isn't your thing, then head down to the big lagoon style pool that’s right downstairs. Enjoy the sounds of the waterfall or float around the island. If the water is a little too chilly, hop in to the heated pool or hot tub. As you float around the pool let the kids play on the lily pad or in the kiddie pool. Overall, just let your worries float away with the clouds as you enjoy your stay in Emerald Vinyasa.

Access

Guests will check-in at the front desk. After hours the security guard will assist you with your check-in. Key Cards, Resort codes/ parking pass/ and wrist bands will be provided in your packet.

Neighborhood

The resort is a family oriented place. The resort has security for your safety and assistance with matters regarding the resort. The resort has many full time residence and we ask that you respect their home. Everyone at the resort is here to have a good time and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day stressors.

Transit

Uber, Lyft, Golf Cart, bicycles, and walking are all options. Use an app for Uber or Lyft. Golf Carts and bicycles may be rented, a search engine is your friend when searching for what fits your needs best. There are a few attractions and stores within walking distance, but it is highly recommended to find vehicle transportation outside of a half mile radius of the resort.

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The unit was pristine. He provided everything you’d need — toiletries, linens, extra towels, beach gear, etc! I brought so much stuff for the beach and didn’t even have to touch it. There is a shuttle on site that takes you pretty much anywhere you could want to go. I loved it -saved me Uber costs & gas! The resort itself had a spectacular pool, splash pad, kiddie pool, bar, restaurant & coffee bar. Side note: I locked myself out of the unit (user error🤪🤦🏻‍♀️) & Aaron responded immediately and even called to make sure we made it in the unit. His customer service and responsiveness were superb. Overall, the stay was great & I really enjoyed our stay. We are already talking about plans for next year! 10/10 🙌🏼🥳

Our stay was awesome! They provide you with a cabana, (which was very easy to setup) beach chairs, towels & wagon which was super convenient to carry everything we needed to the beach. My kiddos loved the bunk beds and the condo was spotless. We love staying at The Palms, they have a restaurant on site & a coffee shop which is super convenient. Their pool area is also so much fun especially for the kiddos with the toddler pool and splash pad.

Probably one of the most wonderful condos we’ve ever stayed in! The place was immaculate. The amenities were superb and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment and more. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was wonderful and the resort was well maintained and managed. We will definitely stay there again. 5 stars all the way around.

I liked the property. But it is important to note it is actually a one bedroom that they converted the laundry into two bedroom which is fine and not a problem, but the price should’ve been lower. The decorations were nice. It was updated. We had everything we needed. They had custom bunk bed installed in the converted laundry room and you could here what was going on in the hallway. Again, not a deal breaker but the host imo should lower the cost. Lastly, I would not consider this one block from the beach. It is farther.
