Come on down to the Emerald Coast and enjoy the powdery white sands of Destin, FL. This is 1 bedroom, 1 bath first floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and queen sized pull out sofa. Island Homes is perfect for a couples retreat or to take the kids on a fun vacation. The unit has everything you need, as if it were your own home. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook big meals. You can also take a short trip to one of the fine local dining establishments. This cozy condo has a deck for you to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a nice cold beverage under the bistro lighting in the evening. Take a short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful water or to watch the dolphins as they swim by. If you brought the kids along and are looking for something exciting to do, check out the water park that is just a short 2 miles away. Neighborhood

Nice quiet area within a short walk to the sugary white sands of Destin. You can enjoy the beach at Norriego Point, East Pass by the jetty, or the Gulf shore. All easily accessible.

Transit

There is a water taxi available from Norriego Point that will take you anywhere on the harbor, or order an Uber for a short ride to wherever you need to go in Destin.

There is a large parking space just a few steps to the front door. There is also a spot for guests

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

The condo was wonderful and just as described! It has everything you could need and is close to the water, food, and shopping. Our favorite part was walking down to Norriego Point. It's a lovely spot and was never crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

Aaron's place is exactly like the pictures: stylish, cute, roomy, well located and practical! There are 3 walking distance public beach entrances and you are a short car ride away to many lovely places. There's also a sidewalk that's roughly a mile and a half long for morning walks. Excellent. Would 100% stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Location is the awesome with this place. The beaches were wonderful and the private access was nice to have to allow more space around you. The condo has all the amenities that you need for your stay. Aaron was super in resolving the issue we had on the first night. With the bed, if you are larger or need space to sleep, you may struggle. Not a negative for the condo, just a personal preference. Overall, the place was great and we would consider it again when we return.

This is a fantastic place to stay during your trip to Destin! The condo had everything we needed; was super clean; it is walking distance to the beach; and has a close proximity to everything and everywhere else you may need to go and visit! This is a perfect place to stay and the host is fantastic! :)
