Island Homes is perfect for a couples retreat or to take the kids on a fun vacation. The unit has everything you need, as if it were your own home. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook big meals. You can also take a short trip to one of the fine local dining establishments. This cozy condo has a deck for you to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a nice cold beverage under the bistro lighting in the evening. Take a short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful water or to watch the dolphins as they swim by. If you brought the kids along and are looking for something exciting to do, check out the water park that is just a short 2 miles away. Neighborhood

Nice quiet area within a short walk to the sugary white sands of Destin. You can enjoy the beach at Norriego Point, East Pass by the jetty, or the Gulf shore. All easily accessible.

Transit

There is a water taxi available from Norriego Point that will take you anywhere on the harbor, or order an Uber for a short ride to wherever you need to go in Destin.

There is a large parking space just a few steps to the front door. There is also a spot for guests

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

Super comfortable accommodations that had everything needed to enjoy the local area. Aaron also is readily available and quick to answer any questions. Great host and amazing condo!

This condo was just what we needed for a beach getaway. Aaron is the perfect host. He provides beach towels, chairs, and a wagon to make getting to the beach convenient. The condo had nice little touches like cards and board games . there as a surplus of kitchen supplies so you have what you need to make a home cooked meal. Aaron was quick to respond to our requests and made us feel right at home. Would love to stay at his condo again.

Wow! Aaron was an incredible host. The space was super clean and had all the amenities one would need for a stay in Destin. Aaron was quick to respond to all of our questions and even offered tips and suggestions for local bars, restaurants and entertainment. We were in close proximity to 2 beaches and were less than 10 minutes from a water taxi pickup location that took us to Harbor walk Village. Will definitely be visiting Aaron again the next time we are in Destin!!

Aaron’s condo was very nice and clean, close to beach and had all the amenities we needed to cook and have a relaxing stay. Host was also very responsive and caring. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is a great location in Destin. Thanks again Aaron!

Aaron's place was great! The community was very quiet and perfect for walks/jogs. The condo was stylish with nice beach atmosphere. The kitchen was organized and stocked with essentials necessary for cooking meals. The bed and sleeper sofa were very comfy with clean, crisp linens. We drove to Henderson State Park Beach because we love the pavilions and restrooms available. But there is beach access near the condo (about 3/4 mile walk). He has a wagon available to haul your things to the beach! Aaron is a great host. He is kind and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. I would reccomend his condo to my friends and family and I will definitely stay at any of his properties when I visit Destin again!
