You have access to all of the resort amenities; pool, hot tub, gym, and restaurant.

Interaction With Guests

My interaction is primarily via text, email, and phone. In the event of an emergency I will be there promptly to take care of any critical issues.

Neighborhood

The Resort is a safe place to visit, as well as, the city of Destin. You are located in a central location to everything and you can get anywhere with ease.

Transit

You can drive anywhere with ease, but if you don’t wish to do so there are other options. UBer, Lyft, and city taxi are available at your request via apps and phone. If you have a bike you can ride those around as well and walking is always an option as well. The resort shuttle will take you to and from the beach access (between March-October).

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

I don’t understand why they want us to pay a 200 dollar cleaning fee but want us to wash the towels clean all the dishes and Elena the stove and strip all the beds that’s the whole point of the cleaning fee but everything else was great

Condo is in a perfect location. Very close to the beaches. We noticed a weird smell in the condo so we purchased some air fresheners, Aaron offered to pay us back for them, but it didn’t really help. When the sprinklers turn on outside there is a pretty strong egg smell. That could be the cause of the smell inside the condo? Not sure. We also noticed a rat, or very large mouse, run across the back patio a couple times. The floors in the condo could use a deep cleaning too. Walking barefoot inside the condo did make the bottom of our feet pretty dirty. With that said, we did have a good time at the condo and Aaron was prompt with his response. The kids had a blast at the beach and the pool.

Our stay was very relaxing and perfect for a vacation at the beach. Check in/check out was super easy and communication from the Rental Group gave us all the information we needed to enjoy the area. The condo was comfortable and full of amenities and although we could walk to the beach, we drove due to the heat. The large pool at the resort was a welcoming site after being at the beach. Lastly, the resort is located in close proximity to the Big Kahuna (water park) and the Destin Commons (outside shopping/dining area). We definitely plan to be back!

This condo was fantastic! Everything is as it appears in pictures. It’s stocked with all the basics so we didn’t have to buy or bring dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, or coffee! All the beds were comfy, it had a perfect location with easy access to Walmart for groceries etc. The food at the Palms was great too! My only complaint was pillows were flat on master bed but otherwise we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
