You have access to all of the resort amenities; pool, hot tub, gym, and restaurant.

Interaction With Guests

My interaction is primarily via text, email, and phone. In the event of an emergency I will be there promptly to take care of any critical issues.

Neighborhood

The Resort is a safe place to visit, as well as, the city of Destin. You are located in a central location to everything and you can get anywhere with ease.

Transit

You can drive anywhere with ease, but if you don’t wish to do so there are other options. UBer, Lyft, and city taxi are available at your request via apps and phone. If you have a bike you can ride those around as well and walking is always an option as well. The resort shuttle will take you to and from the beach access (between March-October).

House Rules

- MUST BE 25 years of age. Valid ID will be required to check-in. - A rental agreement will be sent at confirmation, the agreement must be signed at booking confirmation to receive an access code for the unit. - No 3rd Party Booking. - 6 guests maximum (regardless of age), no exceptions. - All adult guests must be listed prior to making a reservation. - A limited amount of expendable items are provided to get you started. - Beach towels/ Bath Towels/ Linens are provided by the unit, not the resort. Please do not take bath towels or linens outside of the unit. - Guest will be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ stolen/ missing items. Please remember to bring the beach towels back to the unit. - Be respectful of all neighbors / property. - Checkout instructions are several steps to ensure there is a smooth transition between guests. They are listed in the rental agreement and in the unit.

We enjoyed our stay! We had a delay due to a funeral and they were gracious, helpful, and very responsive anytime I needed to communicate any changes. Once there, the place was wonderful. Super clean, the pool, coffee shop located in the lobby and the bar were all amazing! We will be staying again! Hopefully sooner than later!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The resort is extremely family friendly. It is walkable to the beach, and the pools were wonderful. I would recommend leaving paper towels in the kitchen to get started and a few extra kitchen towels.

It was a nice stay. They really worked with us to get check in early especially with a toddler. Our only complaint was when we we had to wash the beach towels as directed upon departure— the washing machine had an odor. Almost like mildew like It needed a cleaning cycle

Great place to stay. It is on the 1st floor, close to the pool, and very convenient location because it is walking distance to the Morgan Sports Center fields(which we had to go due to soccer tournament). Host was very helpful and will always answer my questions.

Loved the condo. We had friends staying in another unit in the building and ours was much fresher and modern. We loved it. And the rental company was quick to remedy the issues we had with the beach gear. Loved it and would highly recommend.
